Spicy Lavender Tofu Veggie Soup

It’s delicious and helps you nutritiously loose weight!  This is a great soup free of salt and completely vegetarian.  And because it’s delicious it will always be a good choice when you’re in the process of toning your body while cleansing your system.

 

Ingredients:

 

1 package firm tofu

1 can black beans drained and rinsed

10 small red potatoes

4 large carrots

½ head of red cabbage

1 can corn drained and rinsed

1 head of broccoli

1 zucchini

And any other vegetables you like

 

¼ cup Tamari sauce

¼ cup chopped fresh basil

1 red chili pepper

8 cups water

 

Directions:

In a big pot boil water adding tamari, basil chili pepper and red cabbage (the cabbage is what give the soup its beautiful color).

Chop up all the veggies and add them to the pot.

Cook until potatoes are tender.

Then chop up tofu into cubes and add them to your soup.

You can now turn the heat to low.  And simmer or you can let it cool and serve.
