I’d like to talk about plastic surgery. What is going on here? All I see on T.V. is one reality show after another based on men and women going under the knife to change their looks. Has the world gone mad? Do we really have to go under the knife for every little thing in order to change our looks or to be considered beautiful? To feel beautiful? Is it really necessary to be the next Pamela Anderson look- alike, so that one can feel attractive or feel good about them selves? What if every woman on earth looked exactly the same? Would this somehow make every man happy with his hot sexy Barbie doll? Does doing this somehow give women the confidence needed to attract a man? What if every woman went on strike and decided not to even wear a drop of make up? Do you think men would reject us all ? I mean, there are women who don’t wear much make up. I’m one of them. However, what I’m talking about is the fact that beauty has been taken to the extreme, when people are injecting lips to look sexier. Personally I think the lip injection is unattractive. I’ve seen so many faces with this lip thing. And, for what? I mean really? What is happening to our society that people THINK they must all have such perfection. That they have to cut into the face or body in order to maintain their youthfulness or in order to have a perfect body? Who said that we had to fit our selves into a mold in order to be considered beautiful or attractive? It is my belief, that it is simply only the thoughts of the masses that is creating this new reality. I’m not saying I’m against wanting to be beautiful or even having a nip and tuck later down the road to match your inner you to the outer you ,if it makes you feel better. However, me being a promoter of natural beauty, it is only my opinion that women should stay as they are without surgery! I believe women would feel better if they learn to value their own unique beauty and work with that first. It may take a little longer or even hard work for some but the rewards are that it is what god intended for you. God makes each and everyone of us beautiful. We need to be proud of our individual uniqueness . It is really more about how we view ourselves that others see. So the first question we must ask ourselves is, what will it take to be happy? My suggestion would be to focus on the inside first. Make a list of your dreams. Make a list of your desires. Make a list of your unique quality’s. Make a list of the gifts you bring to the world. Learn about who you are and be proud of it. I used to be the type of girl who placed all her energy into attracting men. I used to place value on whether or not HE thought I was beautiful. Heck, if I could have earned a dollar for every man I tried to please based on my looks alone. I would be a millionaire by now!! And to tell you the truth, I still do my best to be beautiful but I’m not perfect and know body is.
Take a look at the women here at American Hot Mama. All natural, beautiful, intelligent and talented in their own special way. The secret to being attractive is finding it within yourself the thing that brings joy and happiness to your life. Seek to fulfill your dreams, discover your talent unleash the woman inside. Be strong, beautiful, and intelligent. When you feel good on the inside it shows on the outside. Remember when you look in the mirror you are only seeing a small part of who you are. You are not seeing the personality, the smiles or the inner you. You are only viewing yourself as a reflection . So what if your reflection does not reveal that you are as perfect looking as a model . If you are unhappy with who you are seek to change it. I guarantee that if all you see in yourself is imperfections from the mirror and you are not happy with who you are. You will only pick yourself apart. Believe me I’ve been there. Begin by working on the inner you, and know, even though YOU think your looks are not perfect when you begin to feel good about yourself others will see it! And, you will radiate beauty. This in itself will be the key and the magic link to your unique self.
If you like the inner you but you just can’t get past the minor imperfections of the outer you and what you really want is to make improvements, begin with a make over. Get a hair cut that gives your unique characteristics a more flattering appearance. Try getting a manicure, pedicure or body treatment. Relax take time out for yourself. Take care of your skin with diet, natural products and lotions. If you have a few extra pounds around the center, Join a gym, take a class or hire a personal fitness consultant to improve your fitness level or help you get started. Burn body fat the natural way. It‘s more effective, it lasts longer then any diet and it makes you feel great about yourself!. If you want to improve wrinkles on your face you can do facial exercise’s, drink a lot of water, try natural products to enhance the skin’s natural glow. Try using mineral make up to enhance natural beauty with out harsh chemicals. Eat healthy foods take vitamins and get plenty of rest. Taking care of inner self is the first step to true and natural beauty.
Now a days people are so caught up in beauty and the quick fix that they will do almost anything just to be considered attractive by others . The thing that people don’t even realize is that undergoing the knife or filling the lips with collagen injections or any other type of fluid is really just creating monsters and clones. It‘s maintenance alone is almost like a drug . Beauty crazed plastic surgery addicts! Ladies consider the consequence of what our society will look like if we keep this up! Don’t fall prey. The next thing ya know they will come up with personality enhancers built into the brain. That’s a scary thought! Keep a positive outlook, come and learn from the women of American Hot Mamma and think hard before going under the knife.
